Description: Pokemon 1st Edition Neo Genesis Holo Lugia #9 BGS 8.5 NM-MT+ BGS 9 Regrade? This Lugia card is in amazing shape. The case has vertical lines on it, which is unfortunate (that is how it came straight out of the box from Beckett). They could maybe be removed, or you could get it re-slabbed. You probably should get it re-slabbed because there is a speck of dust inside the case on the back too. I believe that the corners and surface could receive higher grades. The corners are very sharp and could receive a 9 maybe 9.5. The surface is pretty clean, with only a few hairline scratches and no print lines on the holo. The surface could probably receive a 9.
