INFORMATION ON HALL EFFECT AND WHY IT IS BETTERHow a stick works is with a potentiometer. Which when you move your stick, the wiper of the poteniometer moves and changes the resistance, in which the controller reads it and sends it to move your charater, but the wiper deterioates due to the rubbing and it eventually causes drift. Hall Effect works as a potentiometer but, instead of physical rubbing, it uses magnets that have no contact to detect changes and move your character in the game. This means that in theory, after this mod, you will never experience drift and won't need any stick drift repairs, which costs quite alot through the official companies.
