Description: Pre-owned P. Buckley Moss, Pulaski Railway Station, signed lithograph from 1990. Signed in bottom left, initials bottom right #66/1000, and again above right initialing in horizon line of the painting. The briefcase the gentleman is holding also says Moss 90 with copyright image. Matting is a lovely teal/green and frame is black with gold inset. What appears to be a spot on the bottom of the mat is a reflection, not an actual blemish on the mat. Back of frame shows water damage on backing paper but no visable damage to matting or print. Have no idea how the watermark on back happened. My parents were on a waiting list for this print as my mother was from Pulaski Co, Virginia, and she was made aware through her connections with the Pulaski County Historical Society. Ships to continental United States only, UPS only. Will ship day of received payment or next morning. I'm not sure why the shipping starts at $51?? UPS Ground (non-advantage) shouldn't be that pricey?
