Description: Ortur Laser Master 2 SF (Short Focus) Model Air Assist. This works with the short focus/lens model (LU2-4-SF). It attaches to the side of the module with the opening in the acrylic and is perfectly positioned without any need to tinker. Attach it and forget it. No more adjustments or aligning for your air assist. Air assists help you get deeper cuts by removing the debris from your burn surface. They also help with cleaner engravings and overall better performance. If you have shop air, we recommend between 20-25psi. Small pumps will show great improvement as well but not as good as the larger pumps. Checks the links below if you still need a pump. We prefer the side air style over the lens covering style. The venturi effect, that makes the nozzle a vacuum, can start pulling smoke in, dirtying your lens faster. The K40 community experienced the same evolution. There are also problems with moisture and "over the lens" air assists, if not properly maintained. Tools Required:2mm allen wrench Install:- Attach plate to module with provided M3 screws (on side of module that acrylic shield does not cover)- Feed King Gubby Design's air hose through the back of the nozzle (attached to attachment plate) and run the hose up along your wire harness and zip-tie along the way.- That's it!!
