Description: Original WWI US First Aid Pouch Manufactured by The Miller-Hexter Company Dated March 1918 Pouch is very clean and in great condition! Only a light mark on flap. Unit stamp on front flap and possibly certification or soldier initials on inside. Snaps are clean and open and close very well. Rear hook is clean and it's mount is solid with no seperation. A very clean and barely used pouch from early 1918!
