Description: This is an original 27"x41" 1-sheet movie poster from the two week 1981 re-release of the original 1977 Star Wars. It features a large "It's Back" at the top above the original logo. Below that is a bold yellow banner that reads "The Force will be with you for two weeks only". The poster is printed in a glossy black and silver and is in excellent condition with no tears, marks, or holes. There is a tiny bend on the left edge at the center horizontal fold. This has been stored with only the horizontal folds folded so the vertical fold is subdued. There is also a very light 2nd vertical fold that's not even creased (see final photo). Because I don't want to crease the vertical fold, this will be shipped folded horizontally only and then rolled. I managed theaters in Albany, NY and Boston, MA from 1973 to 1983. This is one of many items of movie memorabilia I saved and has been in my possession since 1981.
