In these cases, we’ll use two bubble mailers to protect your books. We wrap all of our books in protective wrapping paper or plastic, and then utilize enough packing material to completely surround the books. We also use durable packing tape, and high-quality shipping labels. We take great pride in making sure that each and every book order arrives at its destination in the same condition as when the books left our hands. Customer Satisfaction / Return Policy Your satisfaction is very important to us. All returns are handled on an individual basis; please email us immediately if you wish to return something. We are happy to help. Returns are accepted when they are postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date the item was received. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer, unless the item is not as described. Item must be returned in the condition it was received in. Example: If it was new with tags etc. it should be returned with tags. Refund will be given as money back, credited the same way payment was made once we receive the item.
