It's normally blended with other types of juices, but you will enjoy experiencing it by itself. Golden Plum: This fruit is also called June Plum in the Caribbean. The children of Belize love to eat it green with salt and black pepper or salt with little bits of habanero peppers. No matter, it makes a wonderful jelly. Guava -- NEW--: Although Guava is a fairly common tropical fruit grown in many parts of the world, it is a particular favorite in Belize. However, it, like many of its counterparts, is seasonal and can therefore only be enjoyed certain times of the year. Wilana has captured the very essence of this fruit in her unique gourmet blend that you can now enjoy all year long! Huckleberry: While not well known, the Huckleberry, when properly pre-pared makes a convincingly good jelly. Prepared in her traditional way, Wilana has once again captured the very essence of great tropical tastes! Black Cherry (*Special Order Only): The Black Cherry tree can be found all over Belize. When it's producing it's been known to leave quite a mark on cars parked under it. Normally it is made into wine, but it is incredibly good as a jelly. Also called, Black Berry Jelly.
