It is in wonderful vintage condition - with a few minor bends and very tiny scuffs / marks, and a slight stain mark on the upper corner of the spine (please see photos). Usually, these promotional ads were distributed in trade magazines. This particular ad was never circulated and does NOT have any staple holes on the spine! Comes from a smoke free home!
