Description: This rare cap toy has soft lead wheels, which is amazing the only damage is a tiny hairline. The roll caps would thread through the two roller bars. Although the dowel is original, I can ship much cheaper if you just prefer the wheeled end. Approx. 29" long with the stick and the wheels are 3 3/4" in diameter x 1 1/2" wide. Very nice!
