OG Xbox One Model 1540 - Works but won't read disks-Parts/Repair-See Photos

Here is a OG Microsoft Xbox One model 1540 in partially working condition. It does power on and works, but the disk drive accepts and ejects disks but will not read games. It is also missing the sync plate and side vent cover. The outside shell can use a good cleaning. Otherwise, it does work as it should. It has been disassembled, internal components cleaned and new thermal paste applied. It does have the normal scuffs and scratches on the outside typical of a used console. Offered as shown in the photos and AS-IS. Bare Console only, no power brick, cords, controllers, or other accessories. Please See photos.
