Designed by Reiko Sudo, Kibiso Not-Knots features handwoven silk made on a jacquard loom with a technique known as float weaving - the hand-inserting of stray ends. The lightness and sheer quality of this fabric make this jacket an ideal layering piece. Examples of this type of weave by Sudo are now in the permanent collections of art galleries in more than ten locations worldwide, including New York's Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).
