Nirvana box set The Songs of Kurt Cobain Primary Wave 2007 Dave Grohl Nevermind

Description: For sale is the Nirvana boxset 'The Songs of Kurt Cobain' which was released in 2007. This boxset was limited to 500 copies worldwide, making it one of the most rare and sought after Nirvana pieces for fans and collectors. It was produced to promote licensing interest in Kurt's extensive back catalogue after Primary Wave Music Publishing obtained the rights from Courtney Love in 2007. Once opened, you will see the Heart-Shaped Box music box, booklet, individually numbered certificate, 5 CDs and plastic dividers and a CD leaflet giving a description to the set. It comes with the smiley outer carboard box which like the rest of the set is in mint condition. It also comes with a note from Primary Wave wishing 'enjoy' to the original purchaser Dave.The music box doesn't play anymore but I think that is just down to the battery running out considering it is 16 years old. These sets don't come up for sale very often and not in this mint condition and definitely not with the outer box. I know that shops that got this for sale binned the outer card board box not realising it was part of the overall package. Like I said this is in mint condition and I have kept this wrapped up for the last 13 years ever since I bought it. I have only had it out twice - once to check its condition and pIay it through after I bought it and once to photograph it. It played fine. So everything is perfect apart from the instrumental not playing. But please look at the pictures - if you have any questions or require further pictures please let me know. The cardboard box is 26 cm long x 22.5 cm wide x 9.5 cm deep. That will give you an idea of how big the wooden heart box is. I don't want to sell this but I just don't have anywhere to store this now so its gotta go. For anybody who buys it you are are getting a real investment as it will only go up in value. It comes from a pet and smoke free home. It will be posted wrapped in acid free tissue paper, bubble wrap and a heavy duty super strong cardboard box. Happy bidding.
