This Comes with the Stylus and also with a Nice Nintendo Carrying Case. The Physical condition of this DS I would say is in Good to Very Good condition, especially when you factor in the age. The Screens are also really good for an OG Nintendo DS. The only small Con I would say is that the Hinge feel great and Solid when opening and closing, but if you push the Top Screen side to side, it wiggles a little. This was VERY common with the Original DS but it does not get in the way of gameplay, but as a seller with 100% Feedback I will always try my best to describe my items.
