Description: Here we have a great early gin bottle from the second half of the 18th Century. This gin features a large square body that slightly tapers towards the base. The glass is a medium olive green coloration that has bubbles & impurities throughout. The neck is short with an ultra crude rolled out lip and the base has a sharp pontil scar left from the blowing process. This gin stands 11 1/4" tall and is in great condition without any chips, cracks, pot stone issues, bruises, bubble bursts, etc. Just a few areas of relatively light interior cloudiness that could be removed if desired. A great gin with plenty of character! If anyone has any questions, please ask.
