The fabric is silky to the touch. The blouson style is not only comfortable but very flattering. It’s a size large, but please check the measurements below for an accurate fit. The armpit to armpit measurement will not matter because of the open design so the low waist and hip measurements will be the most important. I would say this swim tunic runs true to size. My mannequin is small so the cover-up fits large on it. Please see the first photo for what it looks like on a person. When you look at the measurements, keep in mind there’s a lot of stretch in the fabric. The skirt can be made shorter or longer depending on how you pull it up or down. It would also be cute worn with a pair of shorts or pants by pulling the skirt up high creating more of a top. Lots of options!
