This unit is natural gas, is new, and has NEVER had water in it. This commercial water heater has the great advantage of not requiring electricity to function, and has a standing pilot. Simple and reliable. This water heater is fully functional, but there are some small dings and scratches on the outer casing of this in a couple of places, but NO DENTS on the tank or anything that affects functionality.
