It is the Buyers responsibility for shipping cost. We use FedEx, UPS, USPS and Freight Companies when required. Freight costs are usually higher when shipping to residential addresses as opposed to business and commercial addresses. Another option is to pick up your merchandise at the carrier’s terminal. Crating and Special Packing Requirements; Crating, bubble wrap or a special setup, may incur extra charges. RETURNS & CLAIMS We accept returns on items that are listed as working but are received as not working. AS-IS items are not eligible to be returned. Buyer will have 7 days to contact us and return the item. Refund will be given in the form of an exchange, merchandise credit or money back.
