Included are the following: -1x Large Industrial Replacement Spring -1x Replacement Barrel (1/2" CPVC nested into a stub of 1/2" PVC Pipe) -1x Replacement Plunger Rod (PVC Bar) -2x Replacement plunger heads: One of them consists of two O-rings and the other consists of a drain plug. The first picture shows the plunger rod assembled with the O-rings, the second pictures shows the plunger assembled with the drain plug plunger head. I have yet to determine which plunger head works better, but you may find one works better than the other for you personally. -1x Polycarbonate Replacement Catch -Replacement Ammo Holder -3x Small Bolts -4x #6 Washers -1x Packet of Lithium Grease -1x Precisely cut section of 3/4" PVC coupling -1x 3/4" x 1/2" PVC reducer -1x Small Industrial Catch Spring This kit is optimized to yield best performance using stock Nerf Darts, and great ranges with most homemade darts as well if you use your own barrel.. When the modification is performed properly, it would not be surprising for the FireStrike to fire over 70 feet, but this is not guaranteed. Using the parts from this kit requires some experience, but is still fairly beginner friendly. The video tutorial should help you quite a bit. Good luck!
