To use, simply flame sterilize mushroom spore syringe needle and insert into injection port, Inject 2cc of your favorite mushroom spores (spores not included). Store bag in warm room with temperatures around 80 degrees fahrenheit. Let colonize 20% of the bag. Then break and shake up grain/sub mix. Pack back to the bottom of the bag and let recolonize. Once 100% colonization cut both corners of the top of the bag and cover holes with micropore tape (paper tape). After about 5 days, you will see pinning of the mushrooms with final growth happening within the same day or couple after
