I am not a professional card or product grader, so I do not offer any opinion about the quality or condition of the item for sale. SPECIAL SHIPPING ISSUES: Orders meeting the size and weight requirements of the eBay Standard Envelope are ONLY mailed using that eBay service. According to eBay, the following locations are NOT part of the U.S. for eBay Standard Envelope shipping purposes: American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands.
