They are made of durable and moderately resilient canvas vulcanized at our own factory in Kurume, Fukuoka Prefecture, and molded and soleed at a leather shoe factory in Saga Prefecture. The sole is made of a urethane material named VESTEC, which is light and has excellent cushioning properties. The plain design of this pair makes it possible to wear them regardless of age or gender. The thin layer of rubber between the fabrics provides just the right amount of bounce and durability for comfort. Injection Manufacturing Method MoonStar's proprietary lightweight and abrasion-resistant urethane material named VESTEC is poured into a mold, and bonding and molding are performed simultaneously. This method of sole attachment allows us to faithfully reproduce the shape of the sole of the last (wooden mold), resulting in a shoe that fits the wearer's foot well.
