It is a beautiful blue and white stripped. This retired piece is appx 1.5" tall x 1.25" diameter at its longest points. It has the Monet stamp on the bottom. See pictures for more details. I do not see anything dented, broken, scratched or missing. There are no markings other then noted, nor are there any imperfections. It would make a great gift for any age or enjoy for yourself!
