Even with the Fluorescent Plastic, which could easily be painted to your liking, the Flagman is Nostalgic and would be GREAT on any Scale Slot Car Layout. I was told by the hardware Store Owner that the Flagman was also used as a "Birthday Cake Topper' for Kids or Anyone who liked Racing.
