It is available with a plain stem for mounting in a fixture with a split-body clamp or setscrew or a clamp-nut stem for quick mounting. The vernier scale is graduated to 0.01mm and has a satin chrome rust- and glare-resistant finish. The measuring face is lapped to help provide accuracy.
