Description: The first Instant Lottery Game in the United States was by the state of Massachusetts in 1974. Today 45 states have lotteries. Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah do not have lotteries. 15 states began in the 1970s, 20 states in the 1980s, 5 in the 1990s, and 8 in the 2000s. Old lottery tickets like this are extremely hard to find, there is a hobby built around the collecting of lottery tickets. The club does not promote or accept live lottery tickets or gambling of any kind.
