Description: This is a surplus military transit case that is designed to house, store, and ship Night Vision Sights. The original hard foam packing is intact and is easily removed. I bought two of these as a pair to try them as saddlebags on my Triumph motorcycle, but they are just too big for the bike. This sale is for one box only. While the case appears to have been moved around over its lifetime so far, it is functionally in excellent condition with the interior like new. I think the outside has a great patina. I didn’t intend to change a thing if I had chosen to mount them. The case latches tightly, and the interior is in excellent condition. I cannot testify if it is watertight against submersion. But I tested each case with a full force garden hose from all angles, and not one drop was evident inside after the test.
