We rarely sell items with chips unless those chips are located in a place, such as the foot of a ceramic piece where the chip does not detract from the beauty of the piece. All items are cleaned prior to placing up for auction other than when an item is listed as an antique. We primarily use non-toxic, safe, environmentally friendly products. With our methods we can typically remove over 95% of utensil marks.
