We were able to play the discs without issue on our home theater. The cover art looks almost homemade, but does the job for advertising what is inside. From what it appears these discs are DVD-R formatted which typically mean they are region-free although we are advertising them as a region 1 item to be safe. International buyers may require a region-free device for playability. Nowadays there are more officially, licensed releases of this collection available.
