Description: This record album is still in near mint to mint condition. There is a tear in the shrink wrap all the way across the top of the album. Since it technically was not still sealed, I carefully pulled the shrink wrap off of the jacket and checked the vinyl. The vinyl is in mint condition and clearly has never been played. It still has the booklet of notes and the original postcard insert that came with the album. The cover has a little wear to the corners, but there are no holes, notches or cut corners. After checking the vinyl, I carefully replaced the shrink wrap so that it looks like it did when I found it.
