Description: This is a white bordered card published by the “Curt Teich Company, Inc, Chicago” It is of the “Olethian Court Apartments, 628, 22nd Avenue, Miami, Florida.” “In beautiful Miramar facing Biscayne Bay.” I cannot find any other information on the “Olethian” and I assume it is no more. The card was postmarked 1928 and is in good condition with minor wear but some postal ink on the image which is otherwise clean and clear. It has a “Red Cross Roll Call JOIN” cancellation.
