Die Firma wurde auch Etna & York Watch Co., York Watch Co. Empire Watch Co. Neumann & Cie. und Etna SA genannt. Die Firma verwendete Werke von Adolph Schild S.A.. In New York war die Firma in Maiden Lane 49 ansässig mit Harry Friedman und Louis Parkovitz. In Januar 1920 wurde die marke Elsmere in Genf registriert. Die marke ENO wurde von Etna Watch Co. New York am 26. Mai 1928 eingetragen. In 1973 wurde die Firma noch aufgelistet als Etna Watch Co. und Empire Watch Co. Die Marke Elsmere wäre bereits 1916 von eine Unbekannte Firma registriert worden. I. Tannenbaum Co., Inhaber Isidor Tannenbaum (1886-1976 ?), erwarb das Unternehmen am 26. März 1925 und war in New York ansässig. Die von Firma Tannenbaum wurde Aufgelistet in Canal Street 121. Am 3. Januar 1928 stellte das Unternehmen in New York die Elsmere-stossfeste Uhr vor. Die Uhre wurden Beschiftet mit Elsmere Watch Co 1925 wurde die Marke Tancony registriert. Tannenbaum ließ auch die Marke Hartford in September 1926 registrieren. Möglich kaufte er diese Marke von Byron L. Strasburger welche am 17. Februar 1891 die Hartford Watch Co. in New York ließ registrieren. Louis Goering ließ bereits am 19.
