If item is damaged we cover what USPS, Fedex, or UPS covers. If you want more coverage please advise and we will give you cost for extra insurance for you to pay. Usually $50 is what they cover. If damaged and not paid by customer, if one of the providers does not approve we are not liable. We work hard to provide the best customer service but extra cost is hard for us to provide. Remember we do not accept returns. So it is in your best interest to pay for extra insurance.
