While enjoying cool breezes across the floor she plays lovely tunes on her mandolin. Her dog and parrot are mesmerised by her playing and fall into a total state of relaxation. What could be nicer? This is the painting "SENIORITA" by artist Guy Foster; oil on canvas; hand painted in 2021. This is not my concept but it is my interpretation of a subject painted long ago. I have brought in vibrant colors and brightness while maintaining the atmosphere. In fact, this is the second time that I painted this piece. When I sold my first effort I missed it terribly, so I painted it again. If this one sells I may paint it a third time. That reflects how much I enjoy looking at this art each day. The original work was an oil painting from the mid 1900s listed on eBay. I liked it but it sold before I could acquire it. The photos do not do this painting justice. It is beautiful I must say. I love it. I know I sound boastful but I am so happy to have found success! This painting is 12" x 16" unframed. It is cotton canvas stretched over wood ready to drop into any frame made for 12x16. eBay has several beautiful frames to choose from at reasonable prices.! But now I must sell my beautiful painting. I have so many that I have no room to display them all.The photos shows the actual painting you will receive. Someone must cherish this painting as I do as I hate to see it go.The painting is signed by me in the lower left. I added the date plus the international "copy" mark to distinguish this painting from the original. I tried getting pictures in different light to give a fair indication of the range of contrast. This painting will be shipped to you in a large box ready to frame.
