Carving knife measures 12 1/2", bread knife measures 13", steak knives are 9 ". Knives in the box weigh 1 pound. The blade is stainless steel and the handles are black sturdy plastic. All the knives are serrated. Steak knives are in a separate box and carving and bread knife are together in a separate box. Each knife has it's own cardboard blade cover. There is an Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee printed on the box. The garnishing tools and booklet are missing. Set is unused, but the box has been opened. Box is in very good condition. Knives are in excellent condition.
