Description: For sale is a 45 RPM vinyl single from Marty Robbins titled "Private Wilson White b/w Count Me Out", originally released in 1966 by Columbia Records. I bought this record used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put it into an archival inner sleeve, then into a storage box for seven inch 45 RPM vinyl records, that was kept under optimum conditions for both temperature and humidity until today. The archival inner sleeve is Near Mint. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks is etched "SSS", followed by the matrix numbers 1-B/1-B, indicating that early stampers were used to make this record at Columbia Records' pressing plant, located in Santa Maria, California. These are hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound qualities. The vinyl is visually graded as Very Good Plus because of superficial sleeve marks and hairlines, none of which can be felt with a fingertip. I'm play grading this record as Near Mint. This single plays all the way through without any surface noise, pops, skips or lock-ups from start to finish. You would be hard pressed to find a copy of this record in this condition, especially a Santa Maria pressing. This would be a welcome addition to anyone's collection.
