The dial is set out with Roman numerals and is signed 'MAPPIN & WEBB Ltd'. The brass case is a lovely shaped and has pretty reeded columns to all four corners and to the top is a lovely shaped handle which sets it off beautifully. The clock has lovely bevelled glass to all four sides and to the top. The clock is wound and the hands adjusted from the rear, as can be seen from the photographs. Winding and adjustment is made via the double ended key. The clock comes with it's lovely shaped original key. The clock is also in good working order and the movement is lovely and clean as can be seen from the photographs. The movement is stamped 'A9350'. DIMENSIONS: The approximate dimensions of the clock are: - 14.5 cm high with handle up - 12 cm high with handle down - 8 cm across the front of the clock - 6 cm deep CONDITION: The clock is in lovely condition and is in good working order and the movement is lovely and clean as can be seen from the photographs. The glass is free from cracks and chips except for a small chip in the bottom right corner of the back door (please see final photograph).
