Maisto Tailwinds Boeing workhorses Boeing 777 & Boeing 787

The Boeing 777 since the mid 90s has quickly and quietly became the workhorse for airlines. While the Boeing 747 carries more passengers and flies farther, the Boeing 777 is markedly more efficient in every way. Airlines use it to fly between US, Europe and Asia along with the B747. All US airlines had since discontinued the B747 and are using either the B777, B787, Airbus A350 or A330 for the routes. The B777 has no rival for 20 years until the Airbus A350. The A330 doesn't have the range or passenger capacity. The A340 has the range but not the fuel efficiency. The Boeing 787 is the little brother of the B-777. It is smaller but could be configured for long haul. With the new technology and engineering it cruises higher, even more fuel efficient, and more comfortable in terms of cabin altitude. The Boeing 777 is a workhorse that airlines didn't know they needed. The Boeing 787 is another workhorse that only those who operated them knew it's worth. They are not as big and glamorous as the Airbus A380. But operation wise the B-777 and B-787 are much more fuel efficient, easier to fill up with passengers and airlines don't have to scramble to discount seats. The Boeing 777 quickly became the most produced wide-body jet with different configurations for more seats or longer range. The Boeing 787 had initially ran into problems and was grounded due to the new Lithium battery system. The problem was resolved and it has been serving their airlines like a champ.
