Brown and Sharpe Horizontal Milling, Boyar Shultz surface grinding, Tapping machinery, Drilling machinery ect… Most of our work is produced from round bar stock and is usually under 1 inch in diameter. Our turning collet capacity is 2-1/8 inch on the Lathes and 1-1/2 inch on the screw machines. Again, under 1 inch is preferred. We do machine parts out for flat stock/ rectangle on our milling operations. I enjoy threading, . We are open on material, hard materials do not work well for us, we can have parts heat treated at an outside source. Other outside operations such as plating will be considered. Established in 1950. Specializing in Gears and Screw Machine Products along with Turning and general machining. We lost a few customers during covid, thus we are trying to fill the void. We can do small quantity like 1 or 2 pieces depending on the work involved. We are more competitive with higher quantities (50 pieces plus)We prefer long term customers.
