She no longer plays. This set differs from some similar offerings in that the chain is Sterling Silver rather than gold-toned or nickel plated. Without the oboe, the chain looks good by itself. The OBOE is 2-inches long and highly detailed - the same "Future Primitive U.S.A." piece you regularly see for sale on ebay and elsewhere. It also goes by the "Harmony" brand. It's made of pewter, fully detailed, quality finished and unblemished. Fun fact: the "full conservatory" key system it models is but 2 keys (the ones on the bell joint) different from the non-professional oboes.
