Red velveteen cording provides a great accent at the top of the Liner and requires the plastic Protector over it to hold it up and look its best. Liner and Protector are in good displayed condition.Whistle-Stop Large Star Tie-On is an engraved pewter Star with ivory twisted cord and tassels. It is in original box.
