Description: Lladro Allegory of Spring figurine depicts two women in flowing white dresses. This Lladro piece was created by sculptor Antonio Ramos. Allegory of Spring was first available in 1985 and it was retired in 2000. Crafted from fine porcelain, this piece has a glossy finish and measures approximately 11.5" tall. One woman has a green belt and is adorned with pink and lavender flowers around her neck with more flowers in her hair. The second woman has a blue belt and has peach and yellow colored flowers around her neck with more flowers in her hair. Each figure has one outstretched hand and their second hands are gently touching behind their backs. The figure with the blue belt has broken fingers on her outstretched hand. A repair has been attempted but did not hold. Two of the fingers are off and the fingers are included. Pictures are included of the broken hand. Please zoom in on the pictures to get detail. If you want to have this item repaired, you can take it to an official Lladro repair dealer. Look online for the one nearest you or you can enjoy the beauty of the figurine as is. The figurine is in its original box, which had been taped up and put in storage. The box shows missing areas of print where the tape was removed and it shows shelf wear.
