Description: Engine tested and heard buzzing & clicking sound, but did not move.Light also did not work.Not sure of the maintenance schedule for this engine, may need to be oiled and some TLC to get it running perfectly.I have gently cleaned this engine, but still may have residual dust and dirt.Some scratches, scuffs, tarnish, and rust.Top "electrical" plastic black piece at top is broken.That part does still turn and bumpers on either end extend out.
