This box measures approximately 17-1/4" X 11-3/4" X 6-1/2". It protected the set that was comprised of the following components: 400 Budd RDC, 2550 Budd Mail-Baggage Car, 2559 Budd Passenger Car, track and peripherals. According to Lionel's original production records from 1958, only 600 of this set were produced! This is a remarkably scarce set box!
