Description: This charming little box is white porcelain with a dotted pastel yellow stain and delightful hand painted artwork. The lid has flowers, leaves and a hovering butterfly, along with blue waves on the side and gold leaf trim. The painting has a beautiful mix of many colors, well done and so pretty! The box finishes with two sprigs of green on the inside, a decorative brass edging and a single flower closure. The box measures 1 3/8" long x 1 1/8" wide x 1/2" high (please view photo's which display size). The bottom is hand signed Rochard Peint Main Limoges France D3. The closure snaps precisely and holds tight. The trinket is in excellent vintage condition and there is no damage to the porcelain or artwork.
