Blade instruments are the brainchild of Gary Levinson, designed in Switzerland and crafted with exquisite fit and finish work in Japan, stacking up well against other boutique spins on the Superstrat platform. A rare instrument, this early Blade features a gloss Black finish on a solid ash body paired with a one-piece flame maple neck. The stock single coils are wired to the active Variable Spectrum Control with a three-way mini toggle EQ boost switch, coupled to a three-band set of adjustable trim pots for a wide sweep of sculptable sounds. Bridge saddles have been changed to GraphTech and comes with a Blade branded hardshell case!
