Perfect for preserving the freshness of grains, coffee beans, dried beans, etc. and protecting them from light, moisture, insects, dust, and debris. Save money by purchasing these foods in bulk and then re-packing in smaller portions. The Mylar bags' 5.9-mil thickness resists puncturing and prevents oxygen and water from penetrating the bag, and a foil layer excludes light to further protect flavor and freshness. With textured sides that help eliminate hidden air pockets, these bags are suitable for sealing with an external vacuum sealer (with increased sealing time/temperature). Compatible with most external vacuum sealers; we recommend LEM's MaxVac® vacuum sealers for best results. Tear notch for easy opening. Safe for refrigerator and freezer.
