This highly advanced software takes into account four main parameters distance, wind speed, rifle precision, and bullet muzzle velocity to calculate the probability of actually hitting the target. Once evaluated, the influence of possible deviations from the ideal shot are determined, and the likelihood of hitting the target will be displayed as a percentage in the shooters field of view. With the percentage of hitting the target displayed, the hunter can immediately determine whether or not to take the shot. In addition to its advanced ballistics software, the Geovid Pro 10x42mm AB+ can deliver precise measurements up to 2950 meters away. Like all of Leicas optics, the Geovid Pro 10x42mm AB+ binoculars offer outstanding optical performance. This is thanks to the use of Perger-Porro prisms which were specially designed by Leica.
