Description: On sale is a LEICA DMLB microscope with FLUORESCENCE,transmitted light DIC [NOMARSKI] ,REFLECTED LIGHT DIC, BRIGHTFIELD,POLARIZATION. In excellent condition. In transmitted light it is ideal for observation of unstained transparent biological samples,etc.In incident light,it is excellent for the examination of opaque metallurgical or geological samples. Of course,brightfield and polarization are there. The actual DIC images are much better than those produced by the camera...I do not have samples prepared for fluorescence,so no such pictures are included.The pictures of samples are in DIC. The vertical Leica DM illuminator has a caroussel with four Leica fluorescence cubes in good condition.The four cubes are marked as follows:GREEN: C40298W BLUE: 11012V2 C40297VIOLET: 120231 C51382YELLOW: 120232 C51383 It features: -Ergonomic,tiltable,trinocular head with photo port and C-mount [25mm] attachment.-Ultra-widefield Reichert eyepieces. The viewfield is almost 180 degrees wide,so that the observer has the impression of being inside the image... -The four M25 Zeiss objectives are very clearly seen in the pictures.The objectives are parfocal,so no re-focusing is needed while switching between magnifications. -The focusing knob [left side] provides for extra easy and sensitive control of the stage. -The real Nomarski images are much better than the provided pictures.-The microscope is in excellent condition,no scratches or nicks,and perfectly clean. -It is easy to use,sturdy and reliable.-The halogen lamp provides uniform and adequate illumination at all magnifications.-The mercury lamp and its power supply are in good condition.
