Description: This cool craftsmanship of a medieval leather tankard stands 6" tall, 4" wide at the base and 3" wide at the top. It holds at least 16 oz. It has sword emblems on the outside pressed into the leather. The Leather creating the mug is 1 cm. thick, so it built well and sturdy. The base is also covered in leather but hard enough that it appears to maybe have wood on the inside. There is the slightest rim of possibly foil to help construct the underneath, outside of the base also, but the pictures don't pick it up well. The inside appears to be coated in a wax covering. It is old so the inside will crackle with the slightest pressure on the mug. It doesn't come apart, it just cracks and crackles, only on the interior. The stitching was well done and the Tankard itself is solid with no signs of unraveling although I wouldn't drink out of this thing! Thanks for looking!!
